Local Man Exposes Himself to Minors in Florida, Police Say
Stephen J. Racik, of Jenkintown, was arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

A 55-year-old Jenkintown man showed off his privates at a carnival in Florida— and was subsequently shown the inside of a jail cell.
Stephen J. Racik drove by a parking lot carnival at the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel, Fla. late on April 5, according to a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office complaint affidavit. Racik stopped his vehicle near minors and then “arched his back, exposed his penis … and began to shake it before driving off," the affidavit said.
The minors, who were only described as “under the age of fourteen,” immediately alerted authorities.
