PECO Projects Closing 2 Jenkintown Roads Tuesday
Jenkintown officials said a PECO contractor is working on Tuesday on projects that are closing sections of two borough roads.

JENKINTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Borough officials said PECO projects are closing the sections of two roads on Tuesday.
Borough officials said PECO contractor J.F. Kiely Construction is temporarily closing West Avenue from York Road to Cottman Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday for the safe replacement of a gas main.
Meanwhile, PECO contractor Danella Construction said there is a temporary closure of Rodman Avenue between Myrtle Avenue and Walnut Street between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday to replace utility poles.

Residents whose homes are on these blocks will still have access to their homes, but there may be intermittent delays.
Borough officials said residents should plan alternate routes during the times of the PECO work to avoid travel disruptions.
