Pothole Repairs Continue On Lower Bucks Co. Highways
PennDOT said pothole repairs will continue this week on several major roads and highways in Lower Bucks County.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —PennDOT will continue patching potholes this week in some communities in Lower Bucks County.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that PennDOT maintenance crews will be working on more than 60 state highways next week to repair deteriorated pavement in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties.
The Philadelphia region experiences a high volume of potholes each season due to temperatures fluctuating between freezing and mild, known as a rapid freeze-thaw cycle.

PennDOT would like to remind motorists that potholes can be reported to PennDOT’s Customer Care Center by visiting www.customercare.penndot.pa.gov.
To date, since Jan. 1, District 6 has received over 2,100 customer concerns regarding potholes.

Drivers are advised of travel restrictions and possible slowdowns this week when driving near work crews patching potholes.
These are the locations:
- U.S. 13, Falls Township.
- Route 32 (River Road), Upper Makefield and Lower Makefield townships and Yardley and Morrisville boroughs.
- Route 213 (Maple Avenue), Middletown Township.
- Yardley Morrisville Road/Pennsylvania Avenue, Yardley and Morrisville boroughs.
- Oxford Valley Road, Bristol and Middletown townships.
- Old Bristol Pike/Philadelphia Avenue, Bristol Township.
- Winchester Avenue/Langhorne Yardley Road, Middletown Township and Langhorne Borough.
- Hood Boulevard/Penn Valley Road, Falls Township.
Drivers are reminded to slow down in the work zone and refrain from distracted driving to keep themselves and our workers safe.
Crews will be patching potholes until all areas are addressed. All activities are weather dependent.
