SPS Technology Fire Crews Getting July 4th Ceremony
The Weldon Fire Company will host an honorary celebration and cookout for all fire departments, and first responders who battled the blaze.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The fire crews who battled the SPS Technologies blaze for days earlier this year will be honored at a July 4th ceremony.
The Weldon Fire Company will host an honorary celebration, awards ceremony, and cookout for all of the more than 60 fire departments, EMS, and first responders who assisted with the SPS fire in mid-February at the 600,000-square-foot building on Highland Avenue.
All attendees are then invited to march side by side (or drive in apparatus) down the parade route for Glenside's 4th of July celebration.
