Who's Eligible for Obamacare in Pa.?

You may be wondering who is signing up for health coverage under the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, since this week marked the beginning of open enrollment.

Those eligible for the coverage have until Dec. 15 to enroll for the coverage which would begin Jan. 1. Here’s the link to sign up.
