Jason Kelce Under Investigation For Penn State Cellphone Incident
"In a heated moment, I chose to greet hate with hate," the Eagles legend said of the incident, which went viral on social media.

STATE COLLEGE, PA — Eagles legend, future NFL Hall of Famer, and popular media figure Jason Kelce is now under investigation following a confrontation with a fan at Penn State over the weekend, according to authorities.
Videos and images shared across social media showed Kelce walking through a crowd just before a game between Penn State and Ohio State. He was signing autographs and greeting fans warmly, as he always does, when one screamed out at him: "Hey Kelce, how's it feel your brother is a (expletive) for dating Taylor Swift?"
The expletive was an anti-LGBTQ slur.

The video then appears to show Kelce grabbing the fan's cellphone and throwing it on the ground.
"I'm not proud of it. In a heated moment, I chose to greet hate with hate," Kelce said before his broadcast of Monday Night Football. "And I just don't think that's a productive thing. I don't think that leads to discourse, it's not the right way to go about things."
