More Snow Forecast As New Winter Storm Heads To PA
Snow lovers can rejoice knowing there's another potential round of snowfall on its way to PA this week. Here's the latest:
PENNSYLVANIA - Snow lovers can rejoice knowing there’s another potential round of snowfall on its way to Pennsylvania this week.
After a fierce winter storm dropped over 13 inches of snow on parts of the state, the next round is poised to hit the state Friday night into Saturday, bringing with it a 40 percent chance of 1 inch of snow or more for southeast Pennsylvania, the National Weather Service said in a forecast discussion.
“The current timing … would make snow the dominant precipitation type across the majority of the region,” the weather service said. “However, the quick moving nature of the system (looking to exit the region around midday Saturday) means that accumulation will likely remain somewhat limited.”
