100+ PA Towns See Skyrocketing Home Values: Full List

PENNSYLVANIA — Over 100 Pennsylvania zip codes saw home values skyrocket in March, according to data published this month by real estate company Zillow.

The analysis found 111 zip codes rose year-over-year in metro areas near Pittsburgh, Pottsville, York, Erie, Philadelphia, Lewistown and more between March 2023 and March 2024.

Cokeburg near Pittsburgh saw the largest spike in home values per the analysis, with a 25.56 percent increase year-over-year. Since 2016, home values in Cokeburg rose more than 35 percent, according to Zillow.

Minersville in Schuylkill County and Perryopolis in Fayette County also saw increases at 24.59 and 24.24 percent, respectively.
