The forecast is slated to sour after a partly sunny Tuesday with temperatures in the 70s, the weather service said, with a chance of showers Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Temperatures are expected to cool down into the high 60s by then.
The silver lining: dry skies, partly cloudy skies and daytime temperatures in the 70s are expected Thursday and Friday before another chance of showers rolls around Saturday and Sunday.
