Ambler Man Nabbed on Warrant, Police Say
Tyalif Grimes, 19, of Maple Street, was eventually turned over to Montgomery County Sheriffs, police said.
It was allegedly a bad time for Tyalif Grimes to be outside in Ambler.
On Oct. 17, at 7:36 p.m., the 19-year-old from the 200 block of Maple Street, Ambler, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ambler Police, police said.
Grimes was seen out on the 100 block of West Butler Avenue, and officers confirmed there was an active warrant out for his arrest, police said.
Grimes was taken into custody and later released into the custody of Montgomery County Sheriffs Department.
