Ambler Borough Police found three 16-year-old Ambler teens and two juveniles from Franklin Township, PA allegedly on the roof of Mattison Avenue Elementary School on Aug. 19, police said.The juveniles were picked up and referred to the Montgomery County Youth Aid Panel for trespassing, police said.The incident occurred at 1:10 p.m., police said.
