Two Accounting Practices Have Announced A Merger In Blue Bell

BLUE BELL, PA — A certified public accounting firm has announced that it is merging with a Blue Bell-based tax, accounting and business consulting firm.

Fegley & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants is merging with Morison Cogen, LLP, and will soon move into the Morison Cogen offices on Norristown Road.

"We are excited to announce a new partnership with Fegley & Associates," Joseph Kistner, Morison Cogen managing partner, said in a statement. "Both firms share the same client-centric approach, offering professionalism, technical knowledge, and excellent client service; we are thrilled to join forces with this talented team."

William H. Fegley, Jr. said the goal of the merger is to provide more expansive services to clients.

"I am happy to say with this merger, all shareholders will be partners in Morison Cogen, all associates will remain in their current roles, and all fee structures will remain the same, but now our clients will receive the combined resources of two successful, well-established firms," Fegley said in a statement.
