Blue Bell Inn to Open Under New Management, with New Menu

New owners, new menu and some renovations are expected to turn around the Blue Bell Inn.

Kevin Clib, Scott Dougherty of M2K Restaurant Group, and Bruce Goodman of Goodman Properties, have purchased the historic Blue Bell Inn during Sheriff Sale. The restaurant will change hands on Sept. 4 and until then, according to the Times Herald, will continue the lunch and dinner service it has since 1945.

Goodman told the Herald that the new owners plan to rejuvenate the restaurant, which includes renovating the building. The doors to the Blue Bell Inn will reopen in September will a new American menu, that the new owners will attract new customers while pleasing their current diners.

The renovations will continue through April, but the restaurant will remain open during this time.
