Blue Bell's From the Boot Expands by Demand

Bob Devine, Manager of From the Boot, told Patch that when From the , they did not intend to take over the empty store net door. However, by popular demand, construction for the expansion began about a month ago.
The restaurant was open during construction, however, they were closed this week beginning Monday as they knocked through the wall. However, the restaurant is planning on opening for lunch on Thursday this week.

The expanded space will expand the 40 current seats to a total of 65 to 70 seats, giving the restaurant more flexibility for accommodating large parties and more parties at dinnertime.
Devine also told Patch that the carry out counter will be moved to the new side of the restaurant, which he said should help accommodate more carry out traffic. Overall, Devine said the waits shouldn’t be as long, or as congested by the entrance.

Devine added that the wood fired pizza is new to the From the Boot line of restaurants. The oven will be the focal point of the new room.
He added that they will offer one size pizza rather than two, only the 12” pizza, and the restaurant’s specialty pizzas will not change.
“It’s fun for us to explore this end of making pizzas,” said Devine.
