Blue Bell's Katie O'Donnell Stays Strong During Olympic Team's First Match

Even though the US Olympic field hockey team was defeated by Germany, 2-1, according to the report from the Bucks Local News. Doylestown’s Lauren Crandrall made the only goal for the US team.

“Katie O’Donnell, of Blue Bell, and Paige Selenski of Shavertown, Pa., were strong on the front line, creating space for scoring opportunities, but were unable to capitalize in the first half,” reported the Bucks Local News.

The US Olympic Field Hockey Team faces Argentina next, who the US team defeated in the Pan American Games to qualify for the Olympics.
