According to MontcoREsource, the former is back on the market for $1.1 million, validating the rumors that Doc Magrogan’s was pulling out of the deal to open an oyster bar in Ambler are true.

The owner's of Ambler's , after a month-long St. Patrick's Day party. that personal issues had pushed him to make the decision to sell the restaurant.

The building, which is listed as 6,000 sq. ft. on a 1,560 sq. ft. lot, holds 30 at the bar, and has up to 150 seating capacity in the dining room, a “state-of-the-art” kitchen and the building was built in 1935.
