Littering on Skippack Pike Leads to Drug Charges for Ringtown Man
21-year-old Robert Tabourn, of Ringtown, is facing multiple drug-related charges after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was stopped for allegedly littering on Skippack Pike.

A 21-year-old man is facing multiple drug-related charges, after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was stopped for allegedly littering along Skippack Pike.
According to a report by the Whitpain Township Police Department, the vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Skippack Pike and North Wales Road for littering. The report states that during the traffic stop, the officer noticed the smell of unburned marijuana, and later located a large amount marijuana and cash in the possession of Robert Tabourn, of Ringtown.
As a result of the stop, Tabourn has been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Judge Sobeck and bail was set at 10-percent of $10,000.

He was later taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.
