Love Stories: Amanda Loves Adam
Patch asked our readers for love stories on Valentine's Day, and Amanda couldn't turn down the opportunity to publicly gush about the love of her life – her husband Adam.

Sometimes, all love needs to blossom is a glance from a worker at Auntie Anne's Pretzels. For Amanda Wilson, a glance turned into a 10 year relationship – seven of which they have been married – as well as two kids, three dogs, and a newfound appreciation for basketball.
"My husband [Adam] is the love of my life," said Amanda, in an email to Patch. "He's my rock, my lobster, and my partner in crime."
The couple met 10 years ago, when Amanda – who was in high school at the time – crossed paths with her future husband while he was working in the mall.

"I noticed this guy working at Auntie Anne's," said Amanda. "I'm not the type of girl to go up and just give my number to a guy, but something made me do it. I knew that if i didnt, I would regret it."
Adam called Amanda, and a few weeks later, they went on a group date together.

"Instantly, I knew he was mine," said Amanda. "A week later, we went to a Sixers game, where he asked me to be his girlfriend. I fell in love with two things that night – basketball and Adam."

"I cant wait to celebrate so many more Valentine's Days with my ultimate Valentine's gift," said Amanda
The Ambler Patch would like to wish the happy couple many more years of happiness and joy!
