Michael Ahern Announces Candidacy for Wissahickon School Board

In a Letter to the Editor on the Ambler Gazette, Michael Ahern, of Ambler, announced that he will seek one of the four open seats on the Wissahickon School Board.

Ahern, who spent 31 years as a member of the Souderton Area High School English Department, stated in his letter that he believes in transparency and effective communication, and that had he already been serving on the board, he would not have opposed keeping Mattison Avenue open.
