Therapy Dog for Agent Orange-Afflicted Vietnam Vet Killed in Hit-and-Run

A Miniature Pinscher belonging to the Wiggins family of Lower Gwynedd was hit by an SUV on DeKalb Pike Sunday.

A Miniature Pinscher who was a companion and therapy dog to a Lower Gwynedd Vietnam vet, who suffers from paralysis due to Agent Orange, was struck and killed by an SUV Sunday on DeKalb Pike.
According to 6abc.com, Eva ran off her property Sunday night, where she was hit and run over by an SUV. The driver of the SUV slowed down, and then left the scene, according to the report.
Albert Wiggins is paralyzed from the waist down due to effects from Agent Orange, per 6abc.com. Eva would jump on her master's bed to wake him up when Wiggins would have nightmares and flashbacks from the war. Eva had no specialized training.
