AMBLER, PA — The Democratic primary field in the Wissahickon school board race is set, while the Republican race remained too close to call late Tuesday night with several precincts still yet to report.
Four candidates will advance in each party's primary.

The Republican field is closer and still too close to call. It has seen Black and Chess leapfrog Campbell into second and third, respectively, while Cemprola holds the lead. Strauss is trailing in fifth in his bid to win in both primaries.

Polls are now closed in Pennsylvania, and results for key races are beginning to trickle in, including the hotly contested Wissahickon school board race.
While many races in the Ambler-area primaries are uncontested, the Wissahickon school board Democratic primary features five candidates vying for just four open slots.

The Republican primary, meanwhile, features seven candidates vying for the four open slots.
The top four in each race will face off in the November general election, though some candidates have cross-filed in the primaries both parties. Cross-filing candidates include Daniel Strauss, Michelle Chess, and Amy Ginsburg.
The latest results will be listed above as they come in. As of 8:25 p.m., the Montgomery County still had not yet counted any precincts, which is a slower response than typical election year.
