Bala Cynwyd Man Charged in Child Predator Sweep
Michael Kelly is one of 15 defendants arrested in the last two weeks during the Attorney General's Office sweep of Southeast Pa.

A Bala Cynwyd man faces 100 felony charges of possessing child pornography following his arrest Thursday by investigators from the Attorney General’s Office.
Michael Kelly, 42, has been remanded to Montgomery County prison, unable to post cash bail of $50,000. His arrest is one of 15 announced by Attorney General Kathleen Kane Friday, the result of a two-week sweep of suspected child predators in the southeast Pennsylvania region.
Kane says the attorney general’s Child Predator Section, the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Philadelphia Special Victims Unit, and the Bensalem, Lansdale, Lower Merion and West Norriton police departments were involved in the sweep.
