DUI Checkpoints Scheduled For Weekend in Lower Merion
Sobriety checkpoints and roving patrols will occur Friday through Sunday.

Lower Merion Township police will conduct sobriety checkpoints and roving patrols this weekend in an effort to stop drunk driving, according to a township release.
The efforts will be conducted Friday, July 13 through Sunday, July 15.
The sobriety checkpoint is funded by a PennDOT grant, according to the release. The extra attention is part of a national effort to crack down on impaired driving, using the tagline “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over.”
