Patrons can customize burgers to their liking with toppings like cayenne butter sauce, Cooper Sharp cheese, hot cherry peppers, and caramelized onions. Customers can also order off the signature burger list, which includes items such as the "Smokehouse," featuring applewood smoked bacon, onion ring, farmhouse cheddar, and barbecue sauce; and the "Forager Melt," with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and truffle aioli on griddled Pullman bread.

Don't let the name fool you, though: Gouldsburger's offers more than beef.
