The honey bees are hunkering down for the winter but winter weather is
the best time to use what these amazing insects have given us — honey!
Enjoy an evening discussion and delicious tasting of nature’s most
wonderful and versatile sweetener.  Sip on honey cordials and sample
culinary delights inspired by the bees.  As you do, you will learn about
the honeybee’s art of making honey in the United States, Europe, and
other exotic places around the world. Patty and Chelsea will demonstrate
how honey is extracted from the comb, courtesy of our local bees.
You’ll leave with a collection of wonderful recipes just in time for
baking season!  Meet at the Conservancy Cottage.

ConcertOn Saturday, November 16 at 7 p.m. at the Ardmore Music Hall, 23 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore there will be a concert.  Here's how it's described: Aztec Two-Step, taking its name from the poem "A Coney Island of the Mind" by award-winning beat poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti, burst on the scene
in 1972 with their self-titled Elektra Records debut. Since then, Rex Fowler
and Neal Shulman have been creating music that provides a soundtrack to a generation. Still defined by their intelligent songwriting, dazzling acoustic lead guitar  & inspiring harmonies, ATS continues to be one of acoustic music's most respected & enduring acts. Join them for an evening with the amazing Buskin & Batteau.
