House Hunt: $1M Home With 2 Wine Cellars Open Sunday
Two of this weekend's 19 area open houses feature million dollar properties.
If you are house shopping or just browsing, you can check out the 19 open houses in the Ardmore area AOL Real Estate lists for this Sunday with a range from more than $1 million to less than $160,000.
The most expensive listing is 1408 Medford Rd., Wynnewood with a $1,095,000 price tag, but the talker may be 455 Warick Rd., Wynnewood with a $999,999 price tag. The Warick description includes two basements, one “man cave” and two wine cellars.
The lowest price tag goes to 617 Loraine St., at $159,900. The description notes that the twin home needs a lot of updating and is being sold as is.
