"Dog walkers know their neighborhoods better than anyone," Matt Peskin, President of Lower Merion Community Watch, said. "The more trained eyes and ears – the better it is for everyone. The Dog Walker Watch training program includes both dog walkers and recreational walkers."

Dog Walker Watch encourages community members to assist local law enforcement by lending extra eyes and ears while walking their dog.
