The township also reminded residents to park on the odd sides of the street after a snowfall, and to avoid parking in cul-de-sacs and on emergency snow routes.
Also, “all residential and commercial sidewalks must be cleared 36 inches in width and within 24 hours of the end of each snowfall,” the township said. “If at all possible, please stay off roadways until they have been safely cleared. Lastly, do not push snow into the street from driveways or parking lots, as there will be increased enforcement on this issue. To report an especially hazardous road or situation, please call 610-667-1590, ext 229.”
