Route 30 in Wynnewood Reopens

Traffic on Lancaster Ave./Route 30 is moving again in Wynnewood.

Thursday afternoon, traffic was backed up for blocks as police directed traffic around a multi-vehicle carrier partly in the parking lot of the and partly blocking Route 30.

Police said the carrier got stuck on the curb and had to be towed off. The vehicle stretched across both westbound lanes.

A little later, police stopped eastbound Route 30 traffic at Church, but a little after 2 p.m., the road opened up again to traffic.
