2-Hour Delay for Baldwin-Whitehall School District on Monday

Icy conditions are the cause.

Baldwin-Whitehall School District Superintendent Dr. Randal A. Lutz has declared a two-hour delay for all district schools for Monday, Jan. 28.

The Baldwin-Whitehall area, like most of the Pittsburgh region, is suffering icy conditions on Monday.
