Baldwin Township Bridge Closed For Months

BALDWIN, PA - A portion of McNeilly Road in Baldwin Township (not borough) and the city of Pittsburgh closed Monday and won't reopen for approximately five months, the Allegheny County Department of Public Works announced.
The closure is necessary to rehabilitate a bridge adjacent to the intersection with Route 88 (Library Road).
Traffic is bieng detoured using Library Road, Saw Mill Run Boulevard, West Liberty Avenue and Pioneer Avenue. Pedestrians can continue to use the bridge during the closure.
