Combing Through Craigslist: Unique Stuff for Sale in the Baldwin-Whitehall Area

We decided to comb Craigslist to find some of the more unique items for sale in the Baldwin-Whitehall area. Take a look and see if you agree.

Dolphin Dining Table BASE ONLY - $100 (Baldwin)

"We have Dolphin Dining Table BASE ONLY ... the glass top was broken by our son. The base is beautiful, and goes with any chairs since its a neutral color. This would be our fourth piece of glass, so we decided to sell and change our decor. We have purchased glass tops here on for around $40. You can also buy glass tops at Value City Furniture for about $150. The table originally retailed for over $600, so for around $250 you could have a $600 table. $100 firm, table is heavy, I can help load, but you will need help offloading."

10 original oil paintings - Fair offer (Whitehall)

"I have 10 original oil paintings I did personally in past years. Oil painting in the Bob Ross style was my hobby for many years but a change of residence and lack of storage space has prompted me to offer these out for sale. Most are 16X20 with 3 of them being 18X24. The winter painting with the cabin is a bit smaller at 14X16 but I did not include it in the 10 because it has a small rip in the canvas. Easily repairable but I will include it in the deal as a throw in. I have a few others in storage, as well as a few designer frames but for starters I am offering this out. I sold these in my heyday for anywhere from $35 to $100 per painting. Big group discount here. Make a fair offer."

Overhead Projector - $20 (Baldwin)

"Overheard projector. Used in a school for years, it doesn't look great, but it works fine."

Commercial panini grill and soup warmer - $200 (Baldwin)

"$200 for the Quiznos magnetic induction warmer boils in seconds and $200 for a Star grill express panini grill that sells on eBay for no less than $500. Also can be used as a clamshell double flat iron grill and cook chicken and burgers from both sides. $350 for both."

Dean "Dave Mustaine" V series electric guitar - $250/obo (Baldwin)

I am selling a Dean electric guitar for my step-son, who received it in lieu of rent from his roommate. This guitar has been owned previously but is in very good condition. There are NO dings, scuffs, or cracks anywhere on the guitar. The frets are in good shape and do not need to be redone. The fretboard could stand a little cleaning with some lemon oil or mineral oil, however the guitar is in very good playing condition. The neck is straight, smooth and stable and the guitar stays in tune extremely well. The intonation is very good also. Being a guitarist myself, I can tell you that this is a surprisingly comfortable axe to play. Included with the guitar is an "Ernie Ball" black leather strap with chrome studs on it. The guitar does NOT come with a case, however."
