
The Baldwin Township Board of Commissioners has had some lengthy meetings at the in its time. Tuesday night's meeting was not one of those.
The commissioners' meeting on Tuesday started at 7:30 and was over by 7:45.

Easter Celebration
The commissioners promoted the township's 2012 Easter activities, which will be held inside the municipal building (adjacent to ) on Sunday, April 1, from 1 to 3 p.m.

The event is designed for children and includes games, treats and an appearance by the Easter Bunny. Admission is free.Â

Sportsmen's Ca$h Ba$h
The Castle Shannon Volunteer Fire Department, which serves Baldwin Township, will hold its next Sportsmen's Ca$h Ba$h at the fire station along Route 88 in Castle Shannon Borough on Saturday, March 10, from 12:30 to 7 p.m.
Admission is $40 per adult, which includes a hot buffet from 1:30 to 6. The buffet includes beer, soda pop and coffee. Entrants must be at least 21 years old.
Prizes at the event include cash and guns.
Ambulances Refurbished
Baldwin Township has agreed to purchase three refurbished ambulances in March for its Medical Rescue Team South Authority services, township commissioner Bob Downey said.
Downey said that all three should be on the road by mid-June.
John Paravati Absent
Commissioner John Paravati was absent from the meeting.
