House Fire on Old Boston Road

Whitehall Fire Department responded Thursday morning to a fire at a home in the 4800 block of Old Boston Road.

The fire broke out around 11:30 a.m. in the basement of the home.

Whitehall police had the road blocked at both ends while crews responded. The road was re-opened around 12:30 p.m., with the fire marshall and some members of the Whitehall fire department still on scene.
