Night at the Races This Saturday in Baldwin
The Whitehall Community Lions Club will hold its annual Monte Carlo Night/Night at the Races on Saturday.
It's time again for the the Whitehall Community Lions Club's annual Monte Carlo Night/Night at the Races.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 20, this year at the Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic School gymnasium along Route 51 in Baldwin Borough. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and the first race follows at 7:30.
A $10 entry fee includes food, soft drinks and beer. Guests can also bring their own beer. Ten races, gaming and a Chinese auction will be held to benefit the Lions Charity Fund.

The event is the largest fundraiser for the Lions Club and provides funding for many of the organization's service projects, including scholarships for students in the Baldwin-Whitehall area.
The event is expected to wrap up by 11.
