Portion of Brownsville Road In Baldwin, Whitehall To Close

BALDWIN, PA - Brownsville Road between Linhart Lane in Baldwin and Streets Run Road in Whitehall will be closed from June 8 until June 15, the Allegheny County Department of Public Works announced. The closure is necessary for a bridge repair project that will include deck improvements, barrier and sidewalk sealing and the application of pavement markers.

Traffic will be detoured using Clairton Boulevard (Route 51) and Curry Hollow Road. Pedestrian
access to the bridge’s sidewalks will be limited to non-working hours between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m.
