Portion Of Prospect Road In Baldwin To Close
Find out here how long the road will be closed.
BALDWIN, PA — Prospect Road will close between Beryl Drive and the entrance to the Carapel Townhouses in Baldwin on Sept. 14. The closure will last into October, and will be followed by single-lane closures into November.
The restrictions are required for slope stabilization work. That includes installation of a rock embankment, concrete barrier, erosion and sedimentation control, and pavement markings as well as excavation, drainage repairs, clearing and grubbing, and milling and paving.
During the closure, traffic will be detoured using East Willock Road and Streets Run Road. During the periodic single-lane closures, traffic will be controlled using flaggers. Nearby residents will have access to their homes at all times.
