BALDWIN, PA — Traffic restrictions begin Monday on Route 51 in Baldwin.According to PennDOT, a single-lane restriction will occur on southbound Route 51 between Streets Run Road and Grace Street weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through late November. Waterline installation work will occur during that time for the Pennsylvania American Water Company.
