Stewart Avenue Bridge Reopens

WHITEHALL, PA - After nearly six months, the Stewart Avenue Bridge between Fairhaven Road-Provost Road and Route 51.has reopened, PennDOT Announced. The agency closed the bridge in July and began emergency replacement work in mid-September on the span.

Although the bridge has reopened, single-lane restrictions will continue on the bridge through the end of January as crews continue work at the structure. All traffic movements at the bridge are permitted.
