Baldwin, Whitehall-Area Fall Festivals: Catch Them While You Can

BALDWIN AND WHITEHALL, PA — The possibility of snowflakes in the forecast next week is a sobering reminder that time is beginning to run out to experience one of the many fall festivals taking place in the Pittsburgh area.

To motivate you to visit one, think of the changing colors of autumn that provide a scenic background for such festivals. Think of the contests they have, which range from apple bobbing and pumpkin carving to lumberjack contests and Halloween parades.

Fall is also the season for corn mazes, pumpkin patches and apple orchard visits.
