Here is this week's question:

This is an aerial view of an apartment complex in 1972. It was a new complex then that offered one- and two-bedroom units, large rooms, air conditioning, General Electric Co. appliances, plenty of parking and a playground.

There was a lot of controversy regarding the construction of this complex, and it finally had to be ruled on by a judge.
