Robert Smiley suggests that some are sending the country 'back to the 1900s.'

resident Robert Smiley penned an interesting letter to the editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Thursday.

Smiley has suggested that some people are sending the United States "back to the 1900s" with their views on women's reproductive rights.
