Whitehall Man Takes Shots at Republican Party

Bruno Del Signore pens a letter to the Post-Gazette.

It's probably safe to assume that Bruno Del Signore, of , is not a Republican.

Del Signore wrote a Jan. 20 letter to the editor of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that pokes fun at the GOP on a number of fronts, listing what he believes to be the "philosophical tenets of the Republican Party."

Among them, according to Signore: "If you are poor, it's your fault," "Civic society does not exist, only self-interested individuals" and "If you pollute the environment, inflate revenues, fail to fund pensions while paying executives bonuses, it is appropriate because you are the private sector."
