1 Dead In Bensalem House Fire

BENSALEM, PA — Bensalem Township Fire Investigators are working to determine the cause of a recent fire, which claimed the life of one person on Wednesday.

According to Bensalem Fire Rescue, who posted information about the fire on several social media pages, the fire took place in the 3300 block of Reading Avenue around noon.

The fire rescue organization said the fire was contained in the garage of a two-story single-family dwelling.

Fox 29's SkyFOX was live at the scene, where it observed a trash can that appeared to be burned inside a home's garage.

The Bensalem Police Department is currently working with Bensalem Fire Rescue to determine the cause of the fatal blaze.
