BENSALEM, PA — Bensalem and the Bucks County Emergency Management Agency have released guidance for residents needing to dispose of household hazardous waste and flood-damaged items.

There will be two free events for hazardous waste and electronics recycling collection, after a 100-year flooding event in Lower Bucks on July 12 left many community members with significant property damage.

On Aug. 14, there will be a free Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day at Bucks County Technical High School, located at 610 Wistar Road in Fairless Hills. Residents must register online.
