Bensalem Schools Hire New IT Director
The school district's new Director of Information Technology says he wants to help Bensalem be a "leader in instructional technology."

BENSALEM, PA — On July 29, Nicholas Cammarano became the Bensalem Township School District's new Director of Information technology.
The district's board of school directors approved his appointment in June. He replaces William Incollingo, who a district representative said will take on another administrative role in the township.
Cammarano holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary engineering and management from Clarkson University, and a master's degree in instructional technology from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

He also possesses a certificate in educational leadership and policy studies from the University of Richmond, and prior to joining the Bensalem district served as the Director of Technology Services for Richmond Public Schools.
“I am excited to join the Bensalem Township School District team and look forward to working to ensure that Bensalem is a leader in instructional technology, and 21st century processes,” he said.

In a news release, the district emphasized their excitement about Cammarano's appointment to the administrative team, writing, "Mr. Cammarano’s experience as a director and also an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher makes him a great asset to our community."
