Bensalem Woman Charged Scamming HUD
She faces two years in prison, $250,000 in fines and resititution.
Ursula Ammons, 48, of Richlieu Road in Bensalem, has been charged with defrauding the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) out of $100,000 in subsidized housing, according to a story on PhillyBurbs.com.
The report stated that between 1991 and 2010 she used a fake Social Security number and fake birth certificate scam the government housing agency.
