Bensalem Zoning Hearing Board To Host Monthly Meeting

BENSALEM, PA — The Bensalem Township Zoning Hearing Board will be hosting its monthly meeting on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m.

The majority of the meeting will oversee continued hearings for both businesses and individuals looking for approvals from the Board.

One company that has a hearing is looking to use a variance in order to construct a retail store and motor vehicle service facility.

Three individuals will also be looking for the approval of variances for matters such as using their property for a construction company garage, the building of a detached garage, and warehousing in a Planned Commercialized District (PCD).
