Bristol Man Charged with Exposing Himself at State Park

On Wednesday, Aug. 29, responded to the parking lot of for a report of indecent exposure.

A female from Upper Darby reported that a man, Refik Akin, 43, of Bristol, had exposed himself to her.

Cpl. Joseph N. Altieri told Patch that charges will be filed in district court for indecent exposure and open lewdness, both misdemeanors. Akin was processed and released, police said.
