Central Park Trail Almost Finished In Bensalem
The walking trail will connect Bensalem schools, the library, government offices, a playground and more.

BENSALEM, PA — Work on a new walking trail in Bensalem is almost complete.
Township officials on Friday said the Central Park Trail project will be finished soon.
The trail is designed to provide a safe and accessible pedestrian pathway from Hulmeville Road to Bensalem Central Park.

The project includes a 900-foot gravel pathway, new, accessible parking and signs. Officials say the trail will connect local schools and businesses, Bensalem Police and parks and recreation offices, the Bucks County Free Library and the Imagination Land playground.
The roughly $150,000 project was funded by multiple grants, officials said.
